With a background in business, Esme left the corporate world to follow her passion for movement and wellbeing after discovering Pilates through yoga. Certified in Lagree and trained in reformer and barre methods, she is passionate about mindful movement and strength training, creating dynamic and uplifting classes focused on confidence, body awareness and feeling stronger and more connected.

Marianne

Marianne is a Pilates educator and founder of Be.Pilates who discovered Pilates 20 years ago in London and was inspired by its precision and intelligence. Certified in Body Control Pilates, BASI Pilates and Lagree, she specialises in biomechanics, injury recovery and pre/postnatal movement, creating dynamic and motivating classes focused on alignment, progression and quality of movement.

Laura

After ten years working with children, Laura discovered Pilates while focusing on her own wellbeing. The practice transformed her understanding of the body and inspired her to complete her BASI Pilates training. In her classes, Laura encourages clients to connect with their bodies through purposeful movement, helping them build strength, body awareness, and a better quality of life.

Jiin

With a background in Family Therapy, she brings a deep understanding of the connection between emotional wellbeing, posture, and physical health. Trained with New York Authentic Pilates in Classical Pilates and apparatus work, her teaching focuses on spinal alignment, core strength, body awareness, and precise movement to help clients reduce tension, move freely, and build strength with confidence.

Liselore

After a professional dance career in Paris and Tel Aviv, Liselore turned to Pilates with a therapeutic focus. Certified in Mat and Apparatus Pilates and trained in Classical Pilates, she has been teaching since 2015, with further studies in anatomy and therapeutic massage. Her classes are precise, dynamic, and supportive, helping clients build strength, move better, and feel their best.

Delphine

Certified in both Pilates and Lagree, Delphine left a 12-year career in finance to follow her passion for health, wellness, and movement. With a holistic approach, she also works as a nutritionist, helping clients build healthy habits beyond the studio. Her classes are positive, supportive, and challenging, combining motivation, energy, and the playlists she is known for.

Noah

A former high-level athlete and biomedical sciences student, he loves sharing his passion for movement through classes that are both challenging and accessible. His goal is simple: to help clients push beyond their comfort zone, discover what they are capable of, and leave every session feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of what they have achieved.

Kristina

A BASI Pilates instructor certified in all studio equipment since 2018, with advanced training in scoliosis management, injuries, and pathologies.
Inspired by longevity, healthy aging, and aquatic sports, she brings breath, body awareness, controlled movement into every session. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their bodies, rediscover the joy of movement, build lasting strength and freedom.

Nadine

Nadine’s wellness journey began in 2015 during a yoga retreat in the Jura Mountains. After years working in the fashion and watch industries, she followed her passion for movement and wellbeing. Trained in Yoga and Pilates, Nadine teaches dynamic and energetic classes with clear instruction, careful attention to each client’s needs, and a warm, supportive approach that makes her sessions effective and enjoyable.

Marie

With a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology, Marie combines her expertise with a long-standing passion for Pilates. Certified in Pilates apparatus and Fascia Training, she has furthered her education in back pathologies, pre-and post-natal Pilates, and senior fitness.Her classes focus on posture, body awareness, and mindful movement, delivered with precision, energy, and care to help clients progress.

Birgit

With a degree in Educational Sciences and a background as an elite freediver, Birgit taught strength and fitness for 10 years. After a whiplash injury, she discovered Pilates as a rehabilitation tool and qualified in Mat and Apparatus Pilates, plus physiotherapy clinic experience. Her teaching focuses on alignment, posture, breathing, and balanced movement to build strength, stability, and wellbeing.

Be.Pilates was founded by Marianne Murphy, a Basi trained Pilates Instructor and Lagree certified coach with over 10 years of teaching experience. With a focus on technique, progression, and mindful intensity, Marianne combines classical Pilates principles with modern training to help clients move better, feel stronger, and build long-term results in a refined, welcoming studio environment.
